Our Associates - Lest We Forget

Milan Mandir would also remember with gratitude, the names of many  persons who have contributed in making it a melting point of Bengali ethos and providing a platform to practice cultural, religious and social activities, by their imagination, creativity and hard work. 

Appended below are the names of some of our associates who would be always be remembered for their selfless work since 1948.

1960 to 1980

Many members joined Milan Mandir at subsequent stages to make it a vibrant place for practicing art and cultural activities other than pujas. The names of few prominent members are as follows.

played crucial role in staging many Hindi plays on Milan Mandir stage.

were the ultimate make up artists providing believable looks to the characters on stage.

Shri Bamacharan Bhattacharya,
was the priest to perform the first Durga Puja in Milan Mandir and continued for several years.

for his services in administration and management
