Donation Details
Milan Mandir is indebted to its huge number of donors who always came forward whenever there was a need. Milan Mandir most graciously acknowledges donations from the following donors :
- 1996 :
Rs 25000 was donated by Shri Bikash ch Mitra .
- 2017-18 :
Thirteen ceiling fans were donated by Mr. Santosh Konar costing Rs.15600.
- 2018-19 :
(a) One 185 It. refrigerator is donated by Mr. Abhijeet Ghose costing Rs.15000.
(b) One C.C.TV. Camera along with LCD Monitor installed in club premises ( appox cost Rs.25000). Rs 3000 was donated by Mr. Avijeet Dutta against the cost of LCD Monitor.
- 2022 :
Gold noth for Goddess Durga donated by Dr. Hemant Chatterjee and Mrs Shoma Kashyap during Durga Puja.
- 2023 :
On the occasion of 75th year of Durga Puja ,(a) Gold neckless for Goddess Durga donated by Wg. Cdr. Jayant Mitra and Smt. Sapna Mitra , worth Rs. 35000/-.
(b) Construction of Arch of Gate by Dr. Hemant Chatterjee, worth Rs. 20000/-.
- 2024 :
Full size tent cooler was donated by Mr. Shubhjeet Dutt.
- Milan Mandir most graciously acknowledges donations from the following donors for donating gold and silver articles on various occasions, namely Amiya Bala Mitra, Shubhra Ghosh, Shruti Prabha Ghosh, Shantwana Bhattacharya, Sudhir Chakravorty, Beena Chatterjee, Bulu Dutta, Pratima Sen, Puja Dey, Sharmila Dhar, Bhola Nath Chakravorty, Kanai Gopal Chakravorty, Tithi Bhaduri, Minu Mukherjee, Sudipta Sarkhel, Subhash Sarkhel, Chhaya Sarkhel, Jaya Bhaduri, Manasi Sen, Mukti Roy, Prabhakar Rakshit, Santosh Konar, Tapan Naskar, Gopal. Bhattacharya, Shreyaskar Rakshit, Gourab Mitra, Nimai Roy and many others.
These articles are on record with Milan Mandir in a consolidated manner under the content head of “Devi’s Ornaments”. The total quantity of Gold is 47.61gms and silver is 750gms.
- Some utensils are donated by members and wellwishers of Milan Mandir from time to time. To name a few are Mrs. Maya Dey (donated utensils costing Rs. 8000), Mrs Swapna Mitra ( donated utensils from Mitra household in the year 1994), Mrs Chhaya Sarkhel (donated utensils worth Rs.15000/) Mrs Epsita Dutta donated ( Two Darghot,costing Rs. 1200 appox)
- To generate funds for the sustenance and functioning of Milan Mandir, movie shows were organised in sixties and seventies by the then functionaries of the outfit.
